The Organising authority is the Royal Irish Yacht Club.

The race will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and any

amendments thereto.

The Prescriptions of the Irish Sailing Association (ISA), the appropriate Class Rules this Notice of Race and the sailing instructions.

The marks of the course will be laid inflatable marks and navigation marks in Dublin bay.

In the event of any conflict between the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions the Sailing Instructions shall prevail.



All boats are eligible to enter

Entry Fee: (minimum donation) €30.00 (includes temporary membership of Royal Irish Y.C.)

But we would suggest minimum €5 per person on board as a reasonable contribution.

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and third subject to entry numbers.

The prizes will be presented in the wet bar apres sail where a hot dish will be available for all at €8 per serving.

Entries shall be on the entry form attached and shall be accompanied by the minimum entry fee of €30. The declaration on the form shall be signed by the boat owner or his/her authorised representative and returned to The Sailing Services Manager, ROYAL IRISH YACHT CLUB.

DECLARATION I wish to enter the above named boat in the Charity Race and I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Prescriptions of the I.S.A., the Class Rules (where applicable) and the Sailing Instructions. I accept that the participation of the above named boat in the Regatta is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect. By this entry I hereby indemnify the Royal Irish Yacht Club, and their officers, members, servants and agents in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature which may be made upon them in connection with or howsoever arising from the participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the Event, and I acknowledge that the Royal Irish Yacht Club, and their officers, servants and agents accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss of or damage to property which I or any other person may sustain by reason of the participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the Charity Race or howsoever arising in connection with this event. Each participating shall be insured with valid adequate third-party insurance with a minimum cover of €1,2700,00 and will undertake to produce a valid certificate of insurance upon request
